NOTES ON RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the goods in an order, you can return them to us within 30 days. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When returning the item, it should be clear that it is yours - either by your name or the order number. Please note that you have to pay the return costs yourself.

Werkvoll is a small, personally run online shop and returns are very expensive for us, but also for our environment. So if you are unsure about the size, material, color, etc. of an article, please contact me in advance via Instagram (@ werkvoll.lena.peter), by email at info@werkvoll-designshop.de or using the contact form.

FREE RETURNS THROUGH PAYPAL
If you pay with PayPal, you can activate "Free Returns" and receive a reimbursement of the shipping costs - up to 25 euros, up to twelve times a year.
